mutton desi korma


 Ingredients 

mutton 1kg

oil 250gm

ginger garlic paste 2tablespoon

onion fried 250 gm

green  coriander 1bunch

green cardaman 3

clove3

poppy seed 1tablespoon

black pepper1/2teaspoon

salt to taste 

method

grind green cardamon  clove green coriander black pepper poppy seed green chillies into smooth paste.

add oil in a wok fry the mutton until the colour changes add the paste and ginger garlic paste let it cook until tender.

serve with chapati or boiled rice.
