Oil 150gm
Onions 1/2kg
Whole red chilli 6
Cinnamon stick 1
Clove 5
Small cardamon 5
Cumin seed 1tablespoon
Bay leaf 2
Black pepper 10
Ginger juvenile cut 1inch
Garlic 6clove
Salt to taste
Green coriander 1 bunch
Cream 1/2 cup
Method
Put oil in a wok heat it add all the ingredients mix add1/2 cup water cook on slow heat until tendor . Fry till water evaporates.
Garnish with green coriander leaf and cream.
Serve with rice or chapati.
