Chicken salad for weight loss
Ingredients
Chicken breast piece 250gm
Cucumber cut into pieces1cup
Cabbage cut into pieces1cup
Iceberg lettuce cut into pieces1cup
Beet cut into pieces1cup
Black pepper 1teaspoon
Salt to taste
Sugar 1teaspoon
Yoghurt 1cup
Mayonnaise 1/2cup
Lemon juice1tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon
Olive oil 2tablespoon
Method: add oil in a pan heat it and add chicken breast pieces fry for a minute and then add ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder let it cook on low heat. When cooked transfer it in a bowl,add the remaining ingredients and mix.
Chicken desi salad is ready for breakfast.
